Dr. Alireza Amini is an Associate Professor at Shiraz University with a strong academic foundation in behavioral and business management. He earned his Ph.D. in Behavioral Management from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where his doctoral research explored stewardship behavior characteristics in organizational contexts. His master’s degree in Business Management and bachelor’s in Public Management were both obtained from the University of Tehran, complemented by a postdoctoral research position focused on organizational behavior. Dr. Amini’s research primarily centers on behavioral management, human resource development, organizational behavior, and the interface between academia and industry. He has led several applied research projects in collaboration with the Fars Regional Electricity Company, addressing employee training needs, occupational profiling, and retirement satisfaction. Recognized nationally for his scholarly excellence, Dr. Amini has received multiple awards, including the Top Young Researcher Award at Shiraz University and the Ministry of Science’s recognition as a leading technology researcher in humanities and arts. In addition, he serves as Assistant Editor of the Iranian Journal of Management Studies (IJMS). Through his research and mentorship, Dr. Amini continues to bridge academic insights with practical industry applications, contributing significantly to Iran’s management and organizational development landscape.
