Dr. Tejeswara Rao Allaka began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Andhra University (2005-2008). He pursued a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (2008-2010) before undertaking a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the Centre for Chemical Sciences and Technology, Institute of Science and Technology, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) from 2013 to 2020. Under the guidance of Prof. Jaya Shree Anireddy, he conducted research on the synthesis and characterization of novel fluoroquinolone molecules, with a focus on evaluating their biological activities.

Dr. Allaka's professional journey spans a total of 12 years, combining industrial and research experiences. His industrial experience includes roles as a Chemist (R&D) at GVK Bio, Balanagar, Hyderabad (June 2010-January 2011), and as a Senior Supervisor (API–R&D) at SYMED Labs Ltd, Shapur Nagar, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad (from September 2021, ongoing). In between, he served as a Research Scientist (API–R&D) at Metrochem API Pvt Ltd, Shapur Nagar, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad (June 2019-August 2021).
