Contributions

My main research area is the fabrication of silicon solar cells with different organic/inorganic compounds to increase efficiency. In recent work, polymer-based solar cells (PSCs) incorporate Rubrene into the PEDOT: PC71BM hole transport layer. This novel approach examines different weight percentages of Rubrene, determining its optimal concentration for enhancing device performance, leading to more cost-effective and efficient solar energy solutions.
