Demonstrating exceptional academic prowess, he continued his studies at Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Aurangabad, securing the Gold Medal in M.D. (General Medicine) in March 2007.

Dr. Karpe's commitment to medical excellence led him to pursue a D.M. (Medical Oncology) at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, where he emerged as the Gold Medallist of the 2012 batch. Subsequently, he further honed his expertise as a Fellow in Clinical Haematology at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, playing a pivotal role in establishing a Stem Cell Transplant unit.

His dedication continued as a Sp. Registrar (Clinical Haematology) at Sahyadri Speciality Hospital, Pune, from June 2007 to November 2010. During this time, he gained extensive experience in both clinical and laboratory haematology, conducting various Stem Cell Transplants.
