Dr. Ashwani Kumar began his academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Ch Charan Singh University, Meerut, India, in 1997. Subsequently, he pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University in 1999. Dr. Kumar continued to deepen his expertise, completing a Doctorate in Biotechnology (PhD) from the National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal, affiliated with Kurukshetra University, in 2007. His educational background also includes a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology in 2010.

Dr. Ashwani Kumar has held various positions in academic institutions, contributing significantly to the field of biotechnology. He served as an Assistant Professor and later as an Associate Professor at JMIT, Radaur, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, affiliated with Kurukshetra University. Additionally, he took on roles such as Teacher Warden, Head of Department, and Dean Academics during his tenure at JMIT.
Later, he joined the Central University of Haryana in Mahendergarh, where he served as Teacher In-charge from October 27, 2016, until April 6, 2022. Concurrently, he held the position of Assistant Professor.
