Dr. Kumar continued to deepen his expertise, completing a Doctorate in Biotechnology (PhD) from the National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal, affiliated with Kurukshetra University, in 2007. His educational background also includes a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology in 2010.

He served as an Assistant Professor and later as an Associate Professor at JMIT, Radaur, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, affiliated with Kurukshetra University. Later, he joined the Central University of Haryana in Mahendergarh, where he served as Teacher In-charge from October 27, 2016, until April 6, 2022. Concurrently, he held the position of Assistant Professor.
