Mersha Minwuyelet Kassa’s academic journey began in Ethiopia, where he cultivated a passion for biology. After completing his School Leaving Certificate from Debrework Senior Secondary School in 1985 E.C., he pursued higher education at Bahir Dar University. There, he earned his Diploma in Biology in 1987 E.C., laying the foundation for his future contributions to education and science. Continuing his studies at the same institution, he achieved his B.Ed. Degree in Biology in 1999 E.C. with an impressive cGPA of 3.28. This period ignited his deep interest in biology education and its impact on student learning outcomes. His dedication to academics and desire to enhance his expertise culminated in earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Biology from Bahir Dar University in July 2002 E.C.
