His academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, a Master's degree in Zoology (specializing in medical microbiology) from St Albert's College, Ernakulam, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from COMSATS University, Islamabad. His research during his Ph.D. focused on robust control, advanced sliding mode strategies, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and renewable energy control design.

Dr. Safeer Ullah has contributed significantly to academia and industry, showcasing his expertise in robotics and control. He has worked as a Research Associate at COMSATS University, Islamabad, and later served as an Assistant Professor at Quaid-e-Azam College of Engineering and Technology-Sahiwal.
